A home anchored in love. A future filled with possibility.
Every girl has a story. And every girl deserves to know that her past does not define her future.
Our home in Bryan, Texas, is ready. The residential program at Becoming Loved is designed to offer girls and young women a stable, nurturing environment with faith-centered guidance, trauma-informed support, and practical life skills to help them move confidently toward adulthood.
We invite you to be part of this next chapter through giving, volunteering, and community partnership.
Faith at the Heart of Our Care
Our Christian faith is central to who we are and how we serve. Becoming Loved is a faith-focused, Christ-centered organization committed to reflecting the love of Jesus through compassionate care, intentional relationships, and practical preparation for adulthood. We believe every girl has God-given worth and deserves to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect.
A note on faith and care
A girl does not need to adopt Becoming Loved’s Christian beliefs to receive care. We welcome girls and families of every background, and we honor each girl’s own beliefs and traditions.
Our ribbon cutting brought together community partners, supporters, and Bryan Mayor Bobby Gutierrez to celebrate the vision behind Becoming Loved. We are grateful for every person who showed up, encouraged us, and helped bring this home one step closer to serving girls with love and purpose.
Our Faith
Becoming Loved is faith-focused and Christ-centered. Our faith in Jesus shapes who we are and how we care for every girl who calls this home.
“You are always and dearly loved by God!”
This scripture is our foundation. We want every girl to know she is deeply loved, her life matters, and she does not have to face her future alone.
We believe in one God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is our Savior, salvation comes through grace by faith in Him, and the Bible is God’s Word.
We put our faith into practice through compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience. We respect each girl’s dignity and religious background, sharing our faith with love and without coercion.
Room to heal. Space to grow.

Residential care for girls ages 14–17, with eligible continued care through age 22. Who we serve & admissions
Who We Serve & Admissions
Your questions, answered.
Residential care for girls ages 14–17, with eligible continued care through age 22.
Who is the program designed for?
The residential program at Becoming Loved is designed for girls ages 14–17 who need a safe, stable home and support with school, healthy relationships, and preparation for adulthood. This includes eligible child welfare placements. Each referral is reviewed to determine whether our program can meet her needs.
How does admission work?
Admission begins with a referral and an individual review of the girl’s needs, placement information, and available space. Our team coordinates placement decisions with the authorized caseworker or legal representative, as applicable.
Length of stay depends on each resident’s needs, goals, progress, and placement plan. Plans are reviewed regularly with the resident and her support team, with a focus on stability and a supported transition.
Can a resident stay after turning 18?
Turning 18 does not automatically mean a resident must leave. Eligible residents may continue receiving care through age 22 while preparing for independence, pursuing education or training, completing their program, or remaining with a younger sibling. Continued care is reviewed individually. New referrals for young women already age 18 or older require a separate eligibility review.
When will residential admissions begin?
Our home is ready, and we are awaiting issuance of our Texas residential care license. Admissions will begin once the license is issued. Contact us for updates and partnership opportunities.
